CGB series gravimetric blenders is suitable for plastic injection, extrusion or hollow molding processes where a variety of raw materials are required for precise mixing.
This series of products adopts PLC controller and adopts advanced batching algorithm. It can be automatically calibrated every time it is turned on to ensure accurate accuracy and easy to learn. This series of products uses a high-precision weight sensor to control the batch mixing ratio (depending on the ratio of the set ratio) to be controlled from ±0.1% to ±0.3%.Choose the right model based on the type of treatment you need and the amount you use per hour. The series is divided into 10 models.

Q1: How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A1: We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines If needed. Or you can arrange engineers to study in our factory.
You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.
Q2: How long time for installation?
A2: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 2 days for dryers and 15 days for central conveying system.
Q3: How about the spare parts?
A3: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines for free, we suggest you buy more units to save international courier such as DHL, it is really costly.
Q4: What is your guarantee?
A4: We have one year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our service also including machine maintaince.
