1) Microcomputer controller adopted.
2) This HDC integrated conveying dehumidifier is equipped with imported honeycomb dehumidifying rotor from
Proflute, a Swedish company.
3) Micro-motor designed with the latest pendulum structure for easier achievement of dew-point.
4) Suitable for use on engineering plastic materials with strong absorption ability such as PA, PC, PBT, PET,
etc.
5) Integration of three functions in one machine, namely dehumidifying, drying and two-section material
conveying. Three-section or four-section material conveying is also optional.
6) Air blowing tube designed under the heat-preserving drying barrel to effectively avoid heat dissipation and
improve drying efficiency.
7) Using dual-fin cooler design to ensure a lower return air temperature and dew-point.
8) Equipped with material conveying, recycling and regenerating filter to keep the key components such as the
fan and honeycomb from dust contamination.
9) The conveying system contains a material cut-off valve to make sure no remains in the tube.
10) Optional dew-point meter with real-time display of dew-point detected.

Q1: Which city are you in? How can I get to your factory? Are you a trading company or factory?
A1: We are in Zhangjiagang city, two hours driving from Shanghai. We are a factory, manufacturing mainly plastic dryer machines. We offer turnkey solutions including conveying, drying and mixing with more than 10 years experience.

A3: Normally no more than 40 working days.
Q4: How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A4: We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines If needed. Or you can arrange engineers to study in our factory.
You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.
Q5: How long time for installation?
A5: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 2 days for dryers and 15 days for central conveying system.
Q6: How about the spare parts?
A6: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines for free, we suggest you buy more units to save international courier such as DHL, it is really costly.
Q7: What is your guarantee?
A7: We have one year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our service also including machine maintaince.
Q8: What is your payment term?
A8: 30%T/T in advance as down payment, rest should be paid before shipping. L/C is supported also.
